Q. Where can I go to check my order status?

A. Use this link to see your order status online. Make sure you have your order number and email address used to place the order. Also, when your order is shipped from our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can check your order's every step.

 

Q. What UPS services are guaranteed at this time? 

A. The UPS® Service Guarantee is currently active for the below domestic and international services but otherwise remains suspended:

 Until further notice, the guaranteed delivery time for UPS Next Day Air Saver® deliveries has been extended to end-of-day (11:59 p.m. on the guaranteed day of delivery).

The UPS Service Guarantee remains suspended for all other UPS® shipments and services not specified in the above sections, from any origin to any destination.

 

Q. Can I change or edit my order once it is placed?                                                       

A. Contact us immediately after placing your order, and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Our team tends to process and fill orders very quickly, so the time window for changes or cancellations is very short. Orders that have left our warehouse cannot be cancelled or modified. 

                                                                 

Q. I forgot to enter an Offer or Coupon Code:

A. Unfortunately coupons cannot be applied after the purchase is complete.  

 

 Q. How long until my Order or Parts ship?

 A. Non custom items are usually processed within 24-48 hours.  If your order is processed and shipped in less than 48 hours, feel free to email our warehouse team and give them a shout out. Our shipping department processes orders M-F 8am - 4pm.  Orders placed after 2pm will process on the next business day. Please note: We do not ship on weekends or Holidays.

**Custom Scooter builds and Custom Sized Bar orders are final once the order button has been clicked.  Cancellations are done at Lucky Scooters discretion and a partial refund may or may not be given for your order. 

 Q. What Boxes are scooters shipped in?

A. All Complete scooters come in a Lucky branded box that is clearly branded/marked as our product. If you wish to have a package delivered that is not recognizable please select the unmarked packaging option at checkout.

 

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes we ship worldwide; Lucky Scooters uses UPS and USPS for both Domestic and International shipments. Please contact customer service if you are not able to choose your country during your checkout process. 

  

Q. Do you collect taxes?:

A. For online purchases we collect local taxes for the following states: Arizona and Washington.

 

Q. How much do you charge for shipping?

A. You can get a shipping estimate by adding items to your cart. Proceed to your shopping cart page and enter your general postal code to generate a shipping estimate.




 

Q. Which shipping methods do you use?

A. Lucky Scooters ships all merchandise via US Postal Service or UPS. We offer several different shipping options, your choice will determine the speed at which your items will arrive. Unfortunately we are not able to ship your order to a P.O. box if you choose UPS as your carrier. 

Please verify and double check that your shipping address is entered correctly as there is a $12 rerouting fee (per package) to correct or adjust a shipping address after your order has been shipped. Multiple reroutes will result in multiple fees.

Please note: Lucky Scooters does not have the ability to control how our carriers move your package. Once your package has been tendered to a carrier the delivery date, destination routing, and delivery speed is controlled by that carrier.  Lucky Scooters is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during the shipping process.  If a package is severely delayed due to the shipping carrier, please contact us directly and we will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue. 

Packages shipped using UPS have the option to delivery  using UPS My Choice .  A link to UPS My Choice  is included in shipping emails.  

 

Q. How will I know when my order has been processed and my parts will ship?

A. You will receive a confirmation email informing you that your order has been sent to processing.  Additionally you will receive an email from one of our carriers once your package has been accepted. Please refer to the carrier email for a tracking number; this will allow you to track the package in real time. If you do not receive an email from a carrier, please log into your Lucky Scooters account to check your order status. If you have attempted both of the above options without success, please feel free to reach out to our CS department.

 

Q. Do you ship worldwide?

A. Yes we ship worldwide; Lucky Scooters uses UPS and USPS for both Domestic and international shipments. Please contact customer service if you are not able to choose your country during the checkout process. 

 

Q. For international orders (Canada Included): Do we have to pay for customs/brokerage fees and charges?

A. *Please check with your government's customs agency to determine if custom charges will apply to your order. Each country has different laws and charges and we are not able to keep track of all of them and their changes, we are not responsible for those charges. PLEASE NOTE: Lucky Scooters is not responsible for additional customs charges, brokerage fees or duties and taxes that may applied to get your package delivered.

Lucky Scooters Estimated Transit and Delivery Time 

International Orders-
International orders can take at least 10 to 14 business days to arrive and are shipped using UPS or USPS Priority Mail International. Transit time can also take longer due to customs delays. PLEASE NOTE: Lucky Scooters is not responsible for additional customs charges, brokerage fees or duties and taxes that may applied to get your package delivered.  

Domestic Orders-

All orders ship from our Phoenix, Arizona warehouse.
*Orders placed Monday through Friday are usually processed within 24-48 hrs for in stock items, custom or out of stock items take a little longer. Please review the table below that shows the Domestic Estimated Delivery Time for most orders traveling cross country. Shipments to the Western US States generally take 1-3 business days.

 

*These are not guaranteed delivery dates and times, Deliveries could take longer due to weather conditions or carrier problems. Delivery dates do not include order processing times. These are only estimated delivery times for shipments.
Orders placed after 1PM PST are processed on the next business day. Lucky does not process orders Holidays or weekends
